Hi, I’m Annie! I’ve lived in Japan (Shibuya area) for about five and a half years and speak enough Japanese to handle daily situations smoothly, so communication isn’t an issue if anything comes up.

I'm a dog sitter simply because I genuinely love being around dogs. Spending time with them, going on walks, and giving them attention always makes my day. I don’t currently have a dog of my own, so caring for someone else’s pup is something I truly enjoy.

I previously raised a dog from two months old, so I’m comfortable with daily care, feeding routines, and establishing good habits. I also have experience with positive-reinforcement training, such as encouraging good manners and simple tricks in a gentle, fun way.

I also love cats and grew up around them, so I’m very familiar with how to handle and read them. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats with patience and calm attention.

As a general note, I’m a company employee but I often work remotely, and my weekends tend to be quite flexible as well. This allows me to adjust my schedule easily based on your pet’s needs.

I’m patient, calm, and attentive, and I try to match each animal’s personality - whether they’re energetic, shy, or somewhere in between. I’m also happy to send regular photo updates so you can feel at ease while you’re away.

私がドッグシッターをしたい理由は、とにかく犬が大好きだからです。お散歩に行ったり、一緒に過ごしたり、しっかりと向き合う時間はいつも私の楽しみになっています。現在は自分の犬がいないため、ほかのワンちゃんのお世話ができることを心からうれしく思っています。

以前、生後2ヶ月の子犬を育てた経験があり、日々のお世話や食事の管理、良い習慣づくりにも慣れています。ポジティブ強化を使ったしつけも行っており、優しく楽しく、良いマナーや簡単なトリックを覚えてもらうよう心がけています。

また、猫も大好きで、子どもの頃からずっと猫に囲まれて育ちました。猫の性格や行動の読み取りにも慣れており、ワンちゃん・ネコちゃんどちらのお世話も落ち着いて丁寧に行えます。

普段は日本企業で働いており、リモートワークも多く、週末も比較的自由に動けるため、ペットのスケジュールに合わせて柔軟に対応できます。

私は、動物の性格に合わせて接することを大切にしています。元気いっぱいの子でも、ちょっと人見知りの子でも、その子に合った距離感で、ゆっくり丁寧に寄り添います。ご希望があれば、滞在中の様子を写真付きでこまめにお送りし、安心していただけるよう努めます。
