My name is Toyoko and I have spent my entire life surrounded by and caring for animals both here in Japan and in the United States. Growing up in a household centered around animal welfare, my love for pets runs deep. Most recently, while living in Arizona, I was the proud owner of two wonderful Lab and Pitbull mixes rescued from a local shelter. This experience gave me a profound understanding of large breeds, rescue behaviors, and the patience required to build trust with animals of all backgrounds.

Beyond dogs, I have become incredibly comfortable and accustomed to cats through my parents. They run an independent cat and elderly dog rescue in Ureshino, Saga, which I regularly help them maintain. This hands-being-on experience with senior pets and rescue felines has taught me how to handle specialized care, administer gentle attention, and read subtle animal body language. My ultimate dream is to one day open my own rescue shelter to support animals in need, and pet sitting allows me to share that lifelong passion with your family.

What I Offer & My Services:

• House Sitting & Drop-In Visits: Each standard drop-in visit lasts 30 to 45 minutes. During this time, I will handle feeding, fresh water refills, litter box scooping, and plenty of one-on-one playtime or cuddles. For overnight house sitting, I adapt entirely to your pet's established evening and morning routine.
• Dog Walking: Walks are typically 45 to 60 minutes long. Because I have owned large dogs all my life, I am completely confident handling strong pullers, large breeds, and high-energy dogs who need a solid workout.

Who I Care For & Practical Details:
I welcome dogs of all sizes—from tiny puppies to extra-large breeds—as well as cats of all temperaments, including shy or senior rescues. Because I am highly adaptable, I am happy to accommodate pets that require specific routines or a gentle, patient hand.

I operate with a flexible schedule in Tokyo, making me available for early morning walks or late-evening check-ins. To give your pet the best possible care, I just ask that you share any specific medical needs, dietary restrictions, or behavioral quirks (such as reactivity to other dogs on walks) before our booking.
