"Mayu looked after our two cats for two weeks and she did an absolutely amazing job. We received plenty of updates on the cats and upon returning home we found the litter and the cat food zone spotless. The cats were also less stressed than usual from our absence, which means Mayu made them feel comfortable. I recommend her 1000% if you want peace of mind. Grazie Mayu."

"Yuri did a great job looking after our 2 cats whilst we took a quick break to the sun to escape the British summer and some building work! As it was a little last minute, It was great to have fast responses from Yuri and I was confident immediately I met her that she would do a good job. We left the cats a bit stressed from the building work going on and arrived back to two relaxed and happy cats! Good job Yuri - see you next time!"

"Rosalina was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Parker! We had never met her before, and being so new to Tokyo, I wanted someone I knew I could trust just from texting back and forth - and that was Rosalina! Our family spent the day at DisneySea yesterday and we were worried about leaving our dog for the first time, but she immediately put me at ease. She showed up right on time, took Parker on great walks, and clearly gave him lots of love and attention. She sent updates and pictures the entire time she was with him, and made the whole experience completely stress-free. Parker was happy and well taken care of when we got home! We would absolutely recommend Rosalina and will definitely be booking her again! 🐾❤️ "
